We meet you where you are like nursing homes, hospitals, workplace, or in a public location. eNotary provides a modern alternative to traditional ink notaries by allowing digital signatures instead of traditional ink. The same rules apply as appearing person for an ink notarization.

Emergency Video Notarization

Emergency Video Notarization law (EVN) allows regular notaries and electronic notaries to perform acknowledgments and oaths/affirmations over video conference technology. My preferred method is Microsoft Teams. Your ID will be verified via camera and the session will be recorded by law.
